The Lean Startup Conference 2019 is happening right now, and the people and content are amazing. I’m so honored to run a workshop here later today. The workshop is for innovation leaders. If you’re like the people attending, you’re looking for ways to create innovation inside large organizations.
You may love the poster, which contains all of the frameworks from the training.

Here’s a poster covering the whole talk that you can download. Several of my recent blog posts walk through the poster in detail.
This is designed to be printed in Tabloid size paper (14” x 17”).
This poster steps through:
- How to unlock your innovation growth with fruit, trees, and soil.
- Articulate your WHY, from How to maximize impact from your hackathon
- Understand the types of value that you want to create. See How to Create Pathways for Innovation in Your Organization
- How to Select High Potential Projects
- How to get sponsors, also covered in the How to Create Pathways for Innovation in Your Organization post
All of this is a work back plan to get what you want. Once you know that, you can create a challenge to solicit the right kinds of innovation in your org. The bottom right corner of the post is an outline to create that challenge.

I absolutely love your blog and find a lot of your post’s to be just what I’m looking for. Would you offer guest writers to write content for yourself? I wouldn’t mind writing a post or elaborating on most of the subjects you write related to here. Again, awesome blog!

Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a difficult time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
